Policies

The following Rules and Regulations are to be strictly adhered to by students during their time at Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School.

Board Policies (164kb)

These policies relate to matters of governance and terms of reference for Board sub-committees. The Board of Trustees is the legal authority for the School, and its members are entrusted to ensure that the School is soundly managed for the benefit of all.
This is reflected in the policies outlined in this document, policies that encourage best practice and compliance with the legal obligations stated in the Charities Act 2005.

Academic and Student Matters Policies (185kb)

These are the policies of the school relating to students' learning. These include rules and regulations that relate to such matters as withdrawals and refunds, pastoral care, welfare and student support, assessment, and any other information the students may require on procedures within the school.

2009 Student Handbook (797kb)

Any breach of these Rules and Regulations will invoke the disciplinary procedures as laid out in the Discipline Policy in the Student Handbook. The Handbook also includes rehearsal, production and performance protocols, equipment lists, treaty partnership protocols and other policies.
