Toi Film is our annual world-premiere screening of short films created by our students in collaboration with some of our country’s top industry professionals. Toi Films have gone on to be screened at numerous international film festivals including Venice, Berlin, Melbourne, New York and New Zealand. This year has seen the production of three short films, YES DAVID directed by Ghazaleh Golbakhsh, Birthday Girls directed by Amelia Addis and Ebed Pohl, and Chain Reaction directed by Shane Rangi. We are very excited to share these stunning new films with you, as well as a selection of student films, in a celebration that joins our Te Puāwaitanga, Graduation Week events.

Doors open at 6pm, with the event starting at 6.30pm. The runtime for the event is approx. 75 minutes.

This is a free-to-the-public event, and we welcome friends, whanau, community and industry to celebrate with us.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
